Kraft's Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Spoon cookie dough onto a greased/nonstick baking sheet, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Using a fork, make a criss-cross pattern in each ball of dough. This helps the cookies cook properly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.

Canadian Living's Lemon Blueberry Muffins

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Place cupcake liners in a muffin tin.

Streusel

  1. Mix together the flour, brown sugar, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Then add the butter and mix.

Muffins

  1. Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. In a different bowl (large), mix together the lemon zest, lemon juice, and sugar.
  3. Then add the butter to the lemon mix and use an electric mixer to mix the ingredients.
  4. Then mix each egg into this lemon/butter mixture with the electric mixer.
  5. Now add 1/3 of the flour mixture and mix with the electric mixer. Now add half of the milk and mix. Add the next 1/3 of the flour and mix. Add the rest of the milk and mix. Add the rest of the flour and mix.
  6. Add one cup of blueberries and mix with a spoon, not the electric mixer.
  7. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups in the muffin tin. Add the rest of the blueberries to the top of each muffin.
  8. Put a little bit of streusel on top of each muffin.
  9. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!

All Recipes' Mini Oreo Cheesecakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all together the sugar and cream cheese with an electric mixture in a medium bowl.
  3. Add the eggs and mix.
  4. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Place an oreo cookie at the bottom of each liner.
  5. Fill each muffin cup with batter.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
